We pride ourselves in being transparent with our customers and that means letting you know that porous surfaces (concrete and brick) can retain oil stains better than their less porous surface counterparts, especially if left for long periods of time. Our service will improve the look of these pesky oil stains but there are some instances where an oil stain may not completely disappear after using specialty cleaners. We will certainly complete multiple applications of our process and leave your surface looking much better than before, however we like to ensure expectations are clear from the beginning.
